Return Policy

We want you to love your order from Pearl & Ivey. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
  • Items cannot have any rips, tears, or signs of wear

Items sent back that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Please note:

  • All sale items and custom/preorder items are final sale
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
